We are an international network operating across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland, with over 400 members working at the intersection of leadership, board development and diversity. Through masterclasses, events, matchmaking and peer networks, we create real pathways for talented women into senior leadership and boardroom roles.

We are now looking for one or two members to strengthen our Advisory Board in Sweden, experienced professionals who want to help build something meaningful in their own market, while contributing to a wider Nordic movement.

What the role involves: As an Advisory Board member, you will work alongside a small, committed group to develop SelectionF's presence and impact in Sweden. This is a hands-on role as much as a strategic one. You will contribute across four areas:

· Membership - helping attract and develop the right people into the network

· Partnerships - building relationships with Swedish companies and organisations that share our values

· Events - shaping the conversations that matter to our community

· Communications - strengthening our voice and visibility in the Swedish market.

Who are we are looking for? You will bring some combination of the following:

· Experience in leadership, board work or business development in Sweden or across the Nordic region

· A network you are willing to activate in the service of a shared mission

· Passion for diversity, inclusion and the long-term health of Nordic governance

· A working style that is both strategic and hands-on
